Introduction
Greetings. We are Bonnie and Randy Long of Cary. We have 2 miniature longhaired dachshunds - Pepper and Cricket. We have been married for 33 years and have had dachshunds for 32 years.
What are you hoping to get out of the doxie meetup group?
We would like our dogs to feel comfortable around other dogs and better socialize in a setting without larger dogs. We enjoy seeing other dachshunds and meeting other dachshund owners.
How many doxies do you have and what are their names, age, coat, sex, hairtype?
We have 2 female miniature longhaired dachshunds - Pepper and Cricket. They will be 9 months old 11/28/06 and are from the same litter. Pepper is a Long Haired Sable and Cricket is a Long Haired Dapple.
Does your Dachshund have any bad habits?
Pepper is a barker and Cricket has trouble coming when called.
What do you love most about your Dachshund?
They are so happy and they are also comedians who keep us laughing.
