Hi All......I have been a doxie lover and owner for years and used to do rescue in St Louis MO. I am currently the mom to four dogs including UNO my rescue doxie...
What are you hoping to get out of the doxie meetup group?
I just want to meet some new folks in the area and share some common interests....
How many doxies do you have and what are their names, age, coat, sex, hairtype?
Right now I have only one doxie...but he is very special and was a rescue. He is totally deaf, but you would never know it.....nothing holds him back!!!! He loves to play with his non doxie sibs...Update ....Uno has an older sister recently adopted
Does your Dachshund have any bad habits?
his worst habit is the dreaded "I'm a doxie and I dont want to go out in the wet, cold rain to potty" ..attitude
What do you love most about your Dachshund?
His spunky attitude and the joyfull abandon with which he plays and runs around.....especially when he gets the "scats"...Now that he has a sister doxie.....its doxie chaos non stop ....lots of chasing and dig dig digging
