Hey Friends~

What a way to celebrate The Dog Days of Summer...by having a MeetUp in the middle of the month! I hope to see you all on the 15th at The ADL.

If anyone can volunteer to bring a cooler with ice so we can provide cool water for our dogs, that would be great.

I wanted to give you a quick update on Judy Abrams. When I sent the email last month, she was doing well. Unforunately she took a turn shortly after and was back in the hospital, in ICU and preparing for a very serious surgery. She made it through surgery well, but is still having lots of trouble. She was moved from the hospital to a skilled nursing facility. Please keep her in your thoughts and prayers...she still isn't out of the woods...

A couple of things to keep in mind...please park at the ADL Animal Hospital around the corner on Iota Dr.. There is a gate that gives you access to the grounds...follow the path around to the park in the back. Our new MeetUp time is 3:30 - 5:30. There really is no place to sit, so feel free to bring portable chairs. Remember that there is a fee of $2 per dog. If no one greets you at the gate, PLEASE ask one of the members who to give the money to.
