Hello to all new members and veterans of the Escondido Dachsund meetup group!
We are halfway through the year and our meetups have gone very well so far I believe!
This month is dues month, as a reminder for all old and new.
For everyone new, I collect $5.00 from all who can afford it, two times a year. The reason is because I need to pay "Meetup.com" for the convenience of using their website. I pay them four times a year, and usually the two collections cover all of those bills. (when I began this, I didn't know there was a fee upfront :)
I will have a big container, so feel free to come over to me during our May meetup. If you will not be there in May, feel free to come over to me during the April meetup, or in June. Please, no checks. If they bounce, it is VERY expensive, more than the check is worth! I appreciate anything you can do to help me pay those bills.
Even though I put that there is a charge to attend on the bottom, it is not mandatory. You can come if you don't pay.
I also plan on bringing a camera to take some pictures to post on this site, so feel free to dress your pups, and if it's warm, maybe just a bandana!
There is also a paypal button on the website you can use.
