Introduction

I have a longhair black and red dachshund name Dudley and a female dachshund/rat terrier/Jack Russell mix mane Lily. My new guy is Astro a 8lb mini shorthair dachshund.

How long have you had dachshunds?

I grew up with a dachsund Buttons. Then I had Snickers for 16 years. Now I have Dudley a longhair and Lily a dachshund/Jack Russell mix.

How many dachshunds do you have?

I have two but keep looking on petfinder.com for more.

Hopefully this meet up group will get better. I'm in another Dallas meet up group who are very active and fun, meet at least twice a month and do things together. It would be fun as a group to walk our dogs in a local parade or meet up one evenig at a dog friendly resturant patio.
