"Hi Lynn, I agree, Wash Park or Observatory Park (smaller and more private) would both be great, central locations for a meetup. The problem with Wash Park is that they have a pretty strict leash law. Cops ride around in golf carts giving out tickets to people whose dogs are off leash. Observatory Park, City Park, and Cheesman Park might be good alternatives. Or the one downtown I mentioned before."
