Our next Meet-up is a traditional Fall Wiener Roast at our house. We’ll provide the drinks (non-alcoholic of course), hot dog’s and hamburgers. You bring the wieners (dogs ) !!! If you can provide a favorite side dish of your choice that fits the occasion, it would be great. Just let us know what you're contributing to the menu when you RSVP. Our yard is only partially fenced however, we will make arrangements to ‘fence-off’ a large section of the yard to ensure our little darlings stay corralled. Rain date will be Sunday the 4th@ 12:00.

Mark your calendars! Yvonne & Kevin has been gracious enough to host a Meetup/BBQ/Pool Party at their home on Saturday, August 1st at 12:00pm. The yard is completely fenced, so safe for the doxies. Enjoy a warm(hopefully) afternoon enjoying snacks and letting the pups play. I have a large fenced in yard for safe doxie play. There is a network of walking trails, sidewalks and a large community field we can also easily access in the development. It is a very dog friendly neighborhood. Please bring a snack to share. Because I have a completely gluten free kitchen, if you bring a gluten containg snack, please bring your own serving utensils. I will otherwise provide beverages and all paper goods. Have a professional photo of your dog taken during the afternoon for a small donation to doxie rescue. Rain date 5/17/09. Call or e-mail for directions. 581-8195. Hey all Doxie lovers …we’ve scheduled some great weather for this meet up (rain date 4/25 – same time). We recently had a chance to check out this park and think it will work well for some of our meetings. There are great places to walk or play in the fields,…..which are very dry even at this time of year. For any questions please call on our home phone 785-4590. Is YOUR Dachshund a Saint? If so, you have to attend the St. Dachshund Day party!! It will be a fun day of romping and playing in the green clovers (hopefully if the snow stays away)! We intend on this being an indoor and outdoor playdate for the puppies depending on the weather, either way we will have fun socializing and sharing snacks and drinks!! This is an important meetup as we intend on talking about the upcoming spring and summer weather and some of the meetups we would all like to have, so bring your thinking caps and your ideas and be ready to share them because we value everyones input. Please plan on bringing some sort of treat to share (dogs included) and drinks as always will be provided. Since this is a St. Dachshund party, please dress yourself and your dog appropriately (or risk a pinch at the door)! Hope to see everyone and please please please EVERYONE RSVP even if your answer is no. Hope to see everyone at the party!!!
